RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY

Shopping online can be tricky! And at Fab Couture we understand that. Sometimes you may need some time to decide whether you want to hang on to what you’ve bought, or simply return it because it turned out to be different compared to what you had in mind. That’s why we offer you 7 days to decide.
- Simply, you can conveniently return any unworn/unused item for a credit coupon, within 7 days from the date of delivery. This coupon can be used for a future purchase within 6 months on fabcouture.co
- Credit Value will be for the full value of the products returned, excluding any shipping/COD charges.
- Please note that the item MUST be unworn/unused.
Can everything be returned?
Yes, as long as it doesn’t fall into any of the following categories:
- As you can imagine, personalized items have been made specifically as per your requirements, which is why they are not eligible for refunds.
- This is also applicable to sale items i.e., items which are sold on sale, offer items and free items, unless the product is broken or defected.
Only Exchange is allowed in case of Broken/Damaged Product Received.
We advise you not accept any order if our seal is broken, or the box is unsealed at the time of delivery – these orders will not be accepted if returned.
– To ensure the validity of claim of Damaged/Broken/Missing order received by customer, customer need to provide product unboxing video failing which such claims are not accepted.
Please note: Pre-Orders and Personalised Orders cannot be cancelled and are non-refundable.
Please note: For Cash on Delivery, you cannot open the box without making the payment at the time of delivery
Please note that in case of any disputes and/or claims, our liability shall be limited up to the total amount paid by the customer and decision taken by our team will be considered final.

Once the return/replacement is approved from our end, please make sure that the returned items are packed securely and safely to prevent any loss or damage during transit.
Once the item/s is/are securely packed, Ship the item to our warehouse address indicated by our executive in the mail based upon your location.
Share the tracking details with us over mail. In the event we do not receive the package, we will request POD (Proof of Delivery).
Once your return is received, the quality will be checked. This is subject to your return having met the requirements of being unused and returned within 7 days.
Please allow a maximum of 7-10 business days for the return process to be completed.
Exhanges are allowed upto 10 Days of Delivery Date.

Returns:
We love our products and are sure that you will love them too. However, if you wish to return any product, we’ll be happy to take it back.
All products bought can be returned within 7 days of delivery, for STORE CREDIT. So, you can buy products from us for the value of your previous order, but you will not receive cash back.
Products to be returned should be unused and in the same condition as you received them, in their original packaging with all tags.
All returns will be accepted against the original order only once. Return will not be accepted for any previous exchanges.
Shipping charges cannot be refunded.
Exchanges:
Fab Couture's 7 days Size Exchange policy gives you the option to exchange items purchased from the website for another size only within 7 days of receipt of the item. We only ask that you don't use the product and preserve its original condition, tags and packaging. You are welcome to try on a product but please take adequate measures to preserve its condition.
For all size exchanges, INR 99 will be charged. This fee helps cover the cost of processing and handling the exchange.
The exchange fee is charged only once in case the original order is split and products are delivered separately.
Kindly note all exchanges are subject to stock availability.
